- I-95 Southbound (from New Haven area) – Take Exit 15. Bear right on ramp to traffic light. Turn right at traffic light on to West Avenue. At second traffic light, turn left on to Maple Street. The Hospital is straight ahead.
- I-95 Northbound (from Stamford and South) – Take Exit 14. At the end of the ramp, turn left and proceed to traffic light. Turn right on to Route 1. At third traffic light, turn left on to Maple Street. The Hospital is straight ahead.
- Route 7 Southbound (from Danbury area) – Just over the Norwalk city line (directly opposite the Department of Motor Vehicles), turn right on to the Route 7 connector (follow signs towards I-95). Take Exit 1 and turn left on to Van Buren Avenue (Route 1). Turn right at the second traffic light on to Maple Street. The Hospital is straight ahead.
- Merritt Parkway Southbound (from New Haven area) – Take Exit 38. At the end of the exit, take a right on to Route 123 South. Continue straight to seventh traffic light (do NOT continue on Route 123 where it veers off to the left), and turn right on to Maple Street. The Hospital is straight ahead.
- Merritt Parkway Northbound (from Stamford and South) – Take Exit 39. Proceed to the Route 7 connector (follow signs towards I-95). Take Exit 1. Turn left on to Van Buren Avenue (Route 1). At second traffic light, turn right on to Maple Street. The Hospital is straight ahead.
